As the founder and CEO of Terri Ross Consulting (est. 2012), Terri is one of the most influential business strategists in the medical aesthetics industry. Over the past decade, she and her team have helped more than 2,000 practices worldwide implement scalable operational frameworks, with clients increasing revenue by as much as $2.5 million in a single year and increasing valuations from $4 million to $18 million.

Terri is also the founder and former co-CEO of the APX Platform—a business intelligence software acquired in 2023—and co-founder of the 4S Summit, an intensive MBA-style program adopted by The Aesthetic Society. Known for her no-excuses, data-driven methodology, she has trained and consulted for leading brands like Merz Aesthetics, Galderma, SkinBetter Science® (L’Oréal), Podium, Symplast, VIO franchises, and several private equity firms.
