The journey of
Lucie Letz is a masterclass in audacity, professional excellence, and the pursuit of the “American Dream.” Originally from Paris and Bordeaux in France.
Lucie began her career in the luxury beauty sector at the age of 15, training with industry titans like Jacques Dessange, Alexandre de Paris, and Make Up For Ever. Her rise was meteoric; by 25, she was already a sought-after artist for fashion, television and cinema.
Despite her success in France, Lucie harbored a lifelong ambition to conquer the New York market. In 2015, she arrived in Manhattan as a tourist with nothing more than her portfolio, résumé, and determination to create new opportunities for herself. Through sheer confidence and boldness, she succeeded in securing a meeting with the artistic director of the prestigious Frédéric Fekkai salon on Fifth Avenue.
Impressed by her experience and vision, the team invited her back the very next day for a technical beauty evaluation. After successfully completing the audition, she was offered a sponsored position at Frédéric Fekkai, a defining moment that officially launched her American journey in New York City.
Now a seasoned entrepreneur in New York City and the founder of Lucie’s World LLC, Lucie has translated her signature “French Touch” into a high-fashion powerhouse. Her portfolio spans elite corners of the industry—with work in Playboy, Maxim, L’Officiel, and Harper’s Bazaar, alongside styling for the Oscars and the Vanity Fair after-party—reflecting her transition from a technical artist to a brand authority. As she continues to scale her business, Lucie remains a testament to the fact that with enough skill and relentless ambition, the American Dream is a reachable reality.
